Thank you for purchasing CORONA’s DMSS compatible receivers. It helps smooth flight when our receiver is linked with JR DMSS.

    Compatibility:

CORONA 2.4GHz DMSS Compatible Receiver is designed to use with JR DMSS 2.4GHz transmitters, such as XG6,XG7,XG8 ,XG11 and XG14 under DMSS protocol mode.

    Feature:

    1. Without the use of S.bus output support expanding servo channels, R8DM has 8 PWM channels, R6DM has 6 PWM channels and R4DM has 4 PWM channels.
    2. With the use of S.BUS output support expanding servo channels, R8DM outputs S.BUS signal on the 8th channel, R6DM outputs S.BUS signal on the 6th channel and R4DM outputs signal on the 4th channel, the rest channels still output standard PWM signal.
    3. 13mS latency under linking with JR-XG7, and 14mS latency under linking with other transmitters.

    Specifications:

    1. Voltage Range : 3.6~8.5V
    2. Operating Current: 35mA~60mA
    3. Operation temperature: -10~70 degC
    4. Latency: 13mS or 14mS
    5. Sensitivity: about -100dBm for R8DM , -98dBm for R6DM and -96dBm for R4DM
    6. Weight: 11g for R8DM , 8g for R6DM and 7g for R4DM

    Product packing:

    Receiver x1,

    short-circuiter x1,

    screwdriver tool x1 (Excepted for R6DM )

    Bind procedure:

    1. Turn on JR DMSS transmitter, keep it within 0.5M~1.0m of the receiver.  Any extra operation on transmitter is not allowed when the transmitter turns on.
    2. Insert a short-circuiter. The insert place changes as different transmitters. Connect a short-circuiter as the picture show below:

Inserting short-circuiter when binding as pictures above.

Tips: The insert place changes as different transmitters.

    1. Connect the battery to the receiver while pressing down receiver’s button. Red LED is on and Green LED is off when receiver is searching signals, and then, turning to Green LED and Red LED is off ,which indicates that bind is successful.

    Fail-safe setting:

R8DM, R6DM or R4DM set failsafe on the DMSS transmitter just like the operation of the JR DMSS receivers. We highly recommend you set failsafe feature before you fly your models. A useful Failsafe setting would shut down the model’s throttle after the receiver loses signal, so that it does not fly away uncontrollably.

Function switching description of SBUS output mode and non sbus output mode:

If your receiver is linked with your transmitter, please power off your transmitter. When your receiver’s LED light is red, push down the button and hold it for more than 6 seconds and not more than 10 seconds, release the button to see the green led flash. After that, pushing down the button again right now, the receiver gets back to red light, which presents one complete output mode switches successfully.

When green led flashes slow indicates non SBUS output mode switches to SBUS output mode, and when green led flashes fast indicates SBUS output mode switches to non SBUS output mode.

Under the SBUS output mode, you can get S.BUS output on the last servo channel and other channels function is not changed.

NOTE: if you want to reset the receiver to normal mode, you can rebind the receiver to your transmitter or do mode switching again.
